An 18G (1.0 mm) hoop, our standard gauge. Wear it in the lobe, helix, forward helix, tragus, daith, rook, nose or septum.
Fit depends on the size and shape of a piece as well as its gauge. A daith hoop, for example, is shaped for the daith and won't sit right in a helix.
Inner diameter: 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm.
