Every order is packed and sent from our office in Western Australia.

Shipping is free Australia-wide. We process orders Monday to Friday within 1 to 3 business days and send them the next business day. Most Australian orders arrive within 5 business days.

Yes. International orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery.

Add any 2 pieces to your cart and both are 10% off. With 3 pieces it's 20% off each, and with 4 or more it's 30% off each. The saving is applied automatically in your cart. It doesn't combine with other discount codes.

Our flat backs and cartilage hoops use 18G (1.0 mm) as standard, and each listing gives its gauge. Flat backs come in 6 mm for a standard fit or 8 mm for extra length. Fit also depends on a piece's size and shape (a daith hoop is shaped for the daith, not the helix), so each product page shows the piercings it's made for. Not sure? 18K gold vermeil is a 2.5 micron layer of 18 karat gold over solid 925 sterling silver.

Let us know within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it. After that it may already be on its way, but you can still return it once it arrives.

Email info@etherealjewels.com.co within 90 days of delivery. Pieces need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and you're eligible for a full refund.
