Sizing and fit
18G (1.0 mm), our standard gauge
Our flat backs and cartilage hoops use 18G (1.0 mm) as standard, and each listing gives its gauge. Flat backs come in two lengths: 6 mm for a standard fit, or 8 mm for extra length. Fit also depends on a piece's size and shape, so each product page shows the piercings it's made for.
